Upgrade your home, bedroom, and wellbeing by adding some plants to your life. You probably already know, but they also filter your air. So this is especially important if you live in a city or are worried you have mold in your home but cannot do anything about it right now. Check out this study from NASA

Thanks for all the links! I have recently brought plants into my bedroom as I live near a freeway (suggested by partner) and so far I’m loving it. Also great to look at - can’t wait to see the plant stand:)
