Welcome to this thoughtfully designed barndominium plans, crafted with wellness in mind. These plans are perfect for creating a serene, functional living space that enhances well-being, comfort and enough room to play in your garage.
This is a digital download for plans. Once you place your order, you will be provided with an instant download link to a PDF that is scaled to 36''x24'' (Arch D)
This plan is for those who want:
-A smaller ground coverage (2,000sf)
-Thoughtful seasonal considerations. The deep roof overhangs lets lots of sunlight in to warm up the home in the winter when the sun angle is low, but blocks it out in the summer when the sun angle is higher. Please take this into consideration when planning it's orientation on your lot.
- A large garage space. 2-car garage + space to either have another car or a shop space.
- An exercise room, office space, and/or sauna.
- Window seats
- Lots of natural light
- A simple roof line (roof framing packages are one of the highest costs in construction)
- Simplicity in plumbing (All plumbing access has been condensed to the center)

Key Features:
Wellness-Centric Design: These barndominium plans are designed to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Enjoy open, spacious interiors and natural flow that contribute to a peaceful environment.
Two-Car Garage with Pull-Through Space: Benefit from a spacious two-car garage plus a convenient pull-through garage door area. This setup provides ample room for vehicles, tools, and storage, while offering the flexibility to easily drive through and park.
Electrical Planning: I believe the best results come from personalized planning with this. Please walk or talk through the plans with your electrician. Let them know if you need additional outlets for equipment like saunas, chest freezers, or table saws.
Plumbing & Mechanical Considerations:
Plumbing is centrally located for ease of access and can be routed from the middle wall through floor trusses or BCI’s.
Adequate space is provided in the roof trusses for ducting. For additional space in the mudroom, a drop ceiling is a practical solution.
Why Hire a Structural Engineer?
These plans do not have beam, foundation or wall details. These need to be sized for your location based on local building codes, wind and snow loads, and soil conditions. The trusses should be designed by your local truss manufacture which can usually be done with no additional cost if you order trusses from them.
You can also choose to have the structure be wood or metal.
Optimized Safety & Functionality: A structural engineer will ensure that your electrical and plumbing systems are safely and efficiently integrated into your design, providing peace of mind and functionality.
