Shop and ADU in Bozeman, MT ~ 900 SF

These clients wanted a woodshop to make their beautifully handcrafted works of art, furniture, and other odds and ends. They also wanted to turn this into an ADU for the future, which required some cunning electrical and plumbing design. 
Deliverables: Full Design from Schematic to City Permitting with Construction Documents.

12'X16' Modern Detached Home Office Space

Here is that extra space you have been needing! Whether you are an entrepreneur in need of a home office, you want some space for when you have friends visit, or some extra home living, this structure was architecturally designed to be different than EVERY other shed while still having the practicality and easy construction. It was also designed with wellness in mind with lots of natural sunlight (que plants!) and operable windows for cross ventilation.

Akoio NYC Store Front Concept Design

A Concept Design to obtain investors and portray the feeling the owners want to evoke with the new storefront to be located in New York City in the future.

A Concept Design to entice investors and portray their ideas for a new development in College Station, TX

RiverE Boat Livery Concept Design

This is a concept design for a boat Livery at the RiverE Center. The goal of the building is to house kayaks, provide outdoor lab space, a place for yoga/relaxation, indoor space, and access to the river.
This project was designed to use newer technology and building materials and to guide as a landmark on the river. Its facade is a media mesh with photovoltaics and LED lights acting as structure, protection, energy, and light.

Log Conference Barn near Bozeman, MT

A rustic-style building to match the client's log home on a beautiful ranch in Montana. To accommodate a wine cellar, garage for play toys, exercise gym, conference room, and office with a view.

Home Remodel and ADU Addition in Bozeman, MT

In the Historical District of Bozeman, MT, this client wanted to expand their existing home and transform the current garage into a garage with an ADU on top. They also requested to break the project into 4 phases to spread out the costs.

DIY Micro-structure 01

This was a fun project for a client who wanted DIY documents and an AR model. This design set is pleasing to look at and fun to build after a trip to Home Depot to gather the supplies from the provided list.
